Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum) is a most delicately scented spice known for it's superior quality and rich aroma.

This spice is widely used for culinary purposes as well as for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

Cinnamon is available in quills which range from fine grades (thin quills) to coarse grades (thick quills) and is packed in bales of approx. 45 kilos each.  Cinnamon is also available in the form of quillings, featherings, and chips as well as in powder form.
